The Australian Dementia Design School
New research and initiatives in recent years have indicated that the quality of design in purpose built dementia care facilities is a key foundation in the provisions of better dementia care. The Dementia Centre brings together the latest insights and trends from around the world in its second Australian Dementia Design School to be held from 15-17 February 2012.
The Design School will feature keynote presentations, workshops, forums, site visits and practical sessions. It will be held in HammondCare’s multifunction training room at their Hammondville campus, in close proximity to the dementia specific facilities we will be conducting site visits of - one of the practical aspects of the course.
Places are strictly limited to 30 delegates and we have already received a number of bookings, so register today to secure your place before they sell out. Our 2011 Dementia Design School sold out very quickly.
