High Density Living

The High Density Living Program (HDLP) is focused on research on issues relating to:

• Urban consolidation and associated planning policies
• Strata and community title
• Demand drivers for higher density living
• Governance issues in the compact city
• Experiences of living in density

City Futures staff have been working on research projects in these areas since the establishment of the City Futures Research Centre. In the High Density Living Program portal you will find links to past and current research projects, publications and resources in this area.
