About
Interior architecture focuses on the design and detailing of interior environments and all aspects of their structural, spatial, social and material assembly.
As the first of its kind in Australia, the Bachelor of Interior Architecture (BIA) program is a leading degree for developing strong design skills through active learning and participation. The program provides an ideal environment to nurture your design ability and independent creative thinking.
Where possible, the program adopts a practical hands-on approach using "real life" situations to facilitate greater understanding. There is also the opportunity to partake in the international exchange program to complete part of your study in another country to further broaden your horizons in this design field.
The program maintains excellent links to industry and the profession, both in Australia and abroad to foster greater opportunities for work and further study. Most importantly, you will be assisted and guided by a team of committed professional staff, student mentors and industry professionals.
