Accept your offer

Students beginning their first year of study will receive an accept and enrol email that will take you through the process of getting started at UNSW.

If you're having trouble accepting your offer through your email, you can accept and enrol online through myUNSW.

All first year students enrol in a standard set of courses according to their degree program.

To see the courses in which you should enrol, please refer to your program/degree listing in the UNSW Online Handbook.

Enrolment deadlines

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are correctly enrolled and that the course(s) will count towards your program. Enrolment in courses is allocated on a first come first served basis. If you are interested in enrolling in a particular course, you should enrol as soon as enrolment commences. Some courses will be full as soon as enrolment opens.

Courses will have specific add and withdraw without penalty dates depending on the teaching period in which they fall. Students can view the add/drop/withdraw without penalty dates applicable for different teaching periods. See Key Dates.

Students can also view the UNSW Academic Calendar here. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they enrol in/drop out of courses by the appropriate date.
