Built Environment Interdisciplinary Learning

The Built Environment Interdisciplinary Learning (BEIL) initiative takes place across all our undergraduate programs. This initiative values and embeds interdisciplinary learning as a core experience by fostering collaboration across all the disciplines of the school. This mirrors the real world, where interdisciplinary teams come together to use their skills and knowledge to create sustainable cities and buildings.

BEIL involves senior-level undergraduate students, in real-world experiences, working together as they prepare for practice, conduct research, participate in collaborative community projects and publicly exhibit their work.

Enhance your employability with classes that simulate a work environment and where you’ll collaborate with students from other degrees within Built Environment.
